TMOTCS: HOPE FOR THE DESPONDENT

Many have messed up along the way of sinful life and have become despondent. If you are one of them, you don’t have to loose hope because God still offers eternal salvation through Jesus Christ His Son to all in need of redemption including the most dreadful of sinners. He is good, faithful and merciful and His mercy is everlasting and His truth endureth to all generations. (Ps 100:5).

God hears prayers and He regards the prayer of the destitute and will not despise it (Ps 102:17). He satisfies and protects; He is the Great Shepherd. The Lord guides and sustains as He promised in Psalm 23. He is not only a protector but also a caretaker as a good Shepherd. He is the shelter, the refuge and the hiding place (Ps 91). He is God of all comfort (2 Cor 1:3), the Healer (Ps 103:3), the Source of wisdom (James 1:5) and Supplier of everything else we need!

The Lord is the Great Provider. He loves and has good plan for everyone. He wants to bless everyone so that everybody can fulfil God’s plan and purpose and enjoy life of blessings. In His Word, He reveals Who He is and how to access every need through Christ. Unfortunately many miss out on divine blessings by depending on men instead of God; forgetting that the Lord will always work through the people He puts in our lives to help us; but we need to go to Him first and let Him into our lives.
